Data Protection Principles
The General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union („GDPR“), which is applicable as of May 25th, 2018 affects all Member States of the EU and their citizens. We include also Swiss clients under the same principles. We would like to inform you about your data protection rights and will give you on request full transparency into what personal data we store, what we use it for and whether we pass it on and to whom. In general:
ARTICO Partners is committed to protect your privacy. We will never misuse your data. We only use data to know our current and prospective customers.
ARTICO Partners will not give out your private data to anyone, except if requested by its auditors and regulators.
ARTICO Partners only stores data, which you provided to us directly (like your contact details/business cards or information provided to us via mail or in personal meetings), as well as information about you/your firm, which is publicly available in annual reports or otherwise.
Some of our larger investors have explicitly allowed us to use them as reference clients, so their names might appear from time to time in our presentation material. Reference clients may withdraw this permission anytime.
ARTICO website uses only cookies, which are essential for the operation of the website. For example, when you want to access the restricted area to view our fund information, a cookie is set (valid for 60 minutes) to allow you to freely access all funds without having to confirm your status all the time. We do not use any analytic/advertising or tracking cookies.
If you are on our mailing list and are eligible to receive our monthly report it is either because you are invested in our funds or because in the past you have agreed to receive these updates.
If you do not want to receive our mails, you can anytime unsubscribe to our report by briefly responding to anyone of those mails with the word „unsuscribe“.
